As luck should have it I just fell asleep and heard your question, though I am not in Fairdale currently... The Guild can sell full Celestial spell books to non members for 10 and 1/2 gold pieces. Guildsman Wizard Symerille will be running the Guild in my absence and you may seek him out our our Hall in the Black Stag Tavern.
