A Request......

I know we all love reading "The Ashbury Times." It re-caps the event, informs us of things we may have missed, entertains us and can be a good source of IG information. But the newsletter has been thin recently. So I'd like to put out a call to everyone to try to submit something to the newsletter. It doesn't have to be a long, well-written article; even just a juicy piece of gossip or an open letter would be appreciated. I know we have some very talented writers in our chapter. You could submit something short about a module you went on or events that happened to your team or a classified ad or a rumor you heard in the tavern or information about a plotline you are chasing or a funny thing that happened or an ode to a fallen hero or a poem/short story or a letter of thanks to someone who helped you or whatever!

Let's take a few minutes to add some flavor to our game!

Thanks!

Done and done, sir! I submitted a letter and an article. I'll try to keep up the writing when I go to work up in Allentown this summer as well. I agree, letters and stuff that's a little more personal than the event recap section makes the Newsletter awesome!

It also helps the town out alot when old baddies come to town because it is basically our only written IG history besides the players guide. I'm dedicated to keeping the "library" I started up to date every event so the scholars have something to read and research. lets make sure those editions we're adding are overflowing with the weekend's events!

and c'mon... you don't really want to just read about nathan westwind all the time... do you? ;)

The guild should still be doing reports...
