A Very Unfortunate Happening.....

Well now, here goes.

For those of you out there I have come to call my friends, I owe a great apology. Here I am coming into your lives and your game, and I hope making an impact, and now I leave before I could ever really get to know all of you. Those of you who have talked to me outside of NERO have heard my story, so you know who and what I am. Those of you who only know me in game, on from these boards....here you go. I am a United States Marine Corps Reservist who went to Iraq in 2003. I learned many valuable lessons while I was there and brought home a LOT of souveniers.....


One of those wonderful souveniers was P.T.S.D.( Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and it seems that the Corps has decided that I must undergo a medical evaluation, and for that to happen I must return to Mississippi for a time. I have come to love all of you as a family, and now I must leave. It breaks my heart, but it cannot be helped right now. I must get treatment so I can get better. I have to....

I will be departing n the 14th of this month, I do not know how long I will be gone, hopefully not long, but there really is no telling how long this could take. I wanted you ALL to know I will miss you, miss the stories, miss the friendships that I have formed, and those that I was forming. I will return, that I promise ( I can't stay away from NERO for to long now can I??? :) ) I hope I will not be gone long, but if I am, I hope that you all will be able to keep a certain Gypsy close to your hearts. I will keep in touch on the boards, and through yahoo, and AIM.

I will return....and I will return Happy.....

You're not allowed to be gone longer than 3 months. Period. Cause I say so. So there.

Just cause your out of state doesnt mean you cant post in the Dreamscape. Drop in once in a while to check up on us: it'll almost be like you never left.

But till our next mutual event, you take care of yourself. Goodluck to you.
 
you have made an entrance into our Chapter and into our hearts. I wish you the best in what is ahead. I hope for my own selfish reasons that you wont be long because I know that I for one will really miss you. i wish you find the happiness that you seak. HUGS to you and Gena. Are you going to Meridian Mississippi? The big navy marine training center? I was stationed there for small arms and urban combat training before i went to jump school. If it is then that's a really good hospital they have there. You should be in tip top phys and psych shape in no tyme. Wish you the best of luck and a speedy recovery. From one brother in arms to another, fare winds and following seas.

WOW I wasn't expecting such a fast response, THANK YOU ALL, and no I am going to my home unit which is in Gulfport, MS I will recieving treatment at Keesler Air Force Base.

well on that note.....my wine should not be missed to much as I am sure my wife will continue to go to the events, and my new partner Aeris should keep the business going. I am leaving them with ALL my recipes, so we shall see what happens

I don't think I'll ever forget the look on everyone's faces when you walked forward and were the honorable gypsy.

Truely priceless. I could barely contain my laughter (oog) from seeing it.

I hope you feel wonderful soon, and I thank you deeply for what you have done, fighting for our country. Be it for a good cause or not, I am still thankful to you.

I hope to see you again soon ^__^ I Greatly enjoyed meeting you :D

Aeris is your partner?! In that case I'm doing a public service announcement that as of the last game day, he declared he was lowering his normal asking prices to one gold per bottle. I know how much money she owes, so I wouldn't have put it past her to price jack on us!
Good luck on the road back, man. I may have served, but count myself lucky that I was never asked to go into anything like that, so thanks for doing that for us, and anything anybody here can do to help, you know you can always ask.
