This forum is NOT for discussion of those rulings. As soon as the question is answered, the thread will be locked.

You may, of course, then discuss it in the regular Rules forum if you wish.

Guys,

due to users replying to the topics before ARC gets a chance to respond to the questions.... when we specifically said that's not what this forum is for, I have been instructed to restrict standard registered user capabilities to being able to only create (but not reply to) topics.

This will allow ARC to answer the questions as was originally intended. Discussions about the questions can be carried out in the standard Rules forum.

I'd like to ask that players make sure to review the rulebook as it pertains to their specific questions, as well as ask their local chapter Marshals and/or Head of Rules when applicable, before bringing questions up here. We've had a number of questions be raised that can be answered directly from the rulebook, and we'd like to keep this forum to questions which cannot be answered by the rulebook text directly.

Please note that if your question concerns a hypothetical situation which has not happened and/or which ARC judges to be an extremely unlikely corner case in the rules, your question may remain unanswered for extended periods of time as ARC will give it a lower priority in terms of what we are spending time on as a committee.

When asking a Rules question on which you are unsure about the answer, please ask in the "Marshal Questions" forum first:

Marshal Questions

A place for players to post questions to Marshals, ARC or other authorized representatives to provide official rules clarification.

ARC questions should be specifically for questions on which no consensus can be reached by Marshals from various chapters.
