"Acts accordingly" flaws

Here's the mega-question - is the intent of the "caster believes he is race X and acts accordingly" flaw intended to allow you to accidentally disguise your race, violate racial restrictions, or bar you from using your racials?

"Caster of the Ritual believes he is a Gypsy and acts accordingly for the remainder of the event" - So, if you're a human, how does this work? You can't have an accent - otherwise you're "disguising your race". Same for wearing bright clothes. What about believing you're a barbarian? You can't "speak simply", nor wear furs and have numerous superstitions. How do you reconcile "playing your race" with "playing your flaw"? Can a biata act like they're an elf walk into wards without issue? Can a stone elf laugh, giggle, weep and dance a jaunty jig? If a stone elf think they're a dark elf, are they barred from using mental abilities? Is a dwarf who thinks he's a human cheating when he Resists Poison? Can a Dryad wear 3-pt metal armor?

Any flaw from a ritual which does not correspond to something from the main rulebook will, by its very nature, fall under the ruling of a local chapter marshal and the local plot team. A plot team which sees problems in having some specific flaws should update its ritual database to ensure these flaws do not appear. Otherwise, the local marshals and plot should inform the player who is affected how to proceed with any of these flaws.

This especially applies because individual chapters can create their own flaws. ARC cannot be expected to make rulings on every conceivable flaw that a chapter comes up with; if a chapter creates a flaw or supports it by putting it out on a Ritual scroll, they should be prepared to deal with ruling on it should the flaw come up in play.

Flaws which correspond directly to normal rules (such as "gains a once/ever Bane vs Ice") will, of course, be subject to those existing rules.
