If you have any food allergies please let us know. There wasn't a clear spot to put it on the form and we need to know.

So far we have these allergies accounted for:

Onion
Strawberries
Gluten
Blood thinning foods
Corn

If you have any that aren't on this list please let us know as soon as possible.

Vegetarian?
(Meat/fish bad, dairy/eggs OK)

OK that is a new one - what the hey is "blood thinning foods"?

Vegetarians - I always plan to have plenty of options for you :)

Blood thinning foods include fatty fish, like salmon, seeds and nuts, dark greens, like spinach, escarole, and collards, and to a lesser extent garlic and avacados. Pretty much anything that's good for you. Lol.

I have allergies to Capsicum.. Hot Peppers, Jalapeños, Curried Food all carry this spice.. It's usually used as as additive to food, but I know sometimes people use it in Red Sauces.. Thanks.

BJ thanks for the clarification - don't think that we will have a problem there, except for maybe garlic. Can't cook without Garlic!! :)

Aaron, you should be safe, as well. I don't add those types of seasonings to food that is for such a wide pallet base. Though there is usually a bottle of Hot Sauce handy for those who want to "spice up" their food.

Aspertame/Sucralose but I can avoid those pretty easily
