Section 1: Exciting Committee Chronicles
In this monthly report, we delve into the dynamic activities of various committees within our Alliance LARP. From the progress of ongoing projects to notable achievements and future plans, each committee contributes uniquely to our collective goals. Let's explore the updates from the Alliance Rules Committee, Documentation, Diversity Committee, Publicity Committee, and Technical Committee.
Alliance Rules Committee (ARC)
Projects in Process: The Ritual Project continues to advance steadily, with an initial batch of 19 Rituals passing. A second batch containing 33 more rituals was submitted in late April and are currently being voted on.
Documentation
Projects in Process: Research on chapter policies and survey questions is underway. A draft survey is being formulated for committee review, supported by insights from a professional experienced in policy matters.
Diversity Committee
Projects Completed: Recommendations for Dwarf makeup.
Projects in Process: Initiatives include facilitating a belonging discussion group and improving campsite accessibility.
Successes and Achievements: Welcoming new member Rob, streamlining site accessibility form collection, and fostering collaboration between committee members and site owners.
Publicity Committee
Social Media Campaigns: Facebook content creation is ongoing, with plans to expand to other platforms in the future.
YouTube Project: Development of content briefs by Jeremy to assist chapters in capturing footage.
Player Highlights Content: Paul has prepared a sample player profile post, with plans for additional posts pending publication.
Technical Committee
Projects in Process: The new website project is approximately 80% complete, pending finalization of content. Additionally, progress on a new API to power the website is underway.
Successes and Achievements: Engaging a contractor to expedite progress on the new website, resulting in significant advancement.
Each committee's contributions reflect our alliance's commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and excellence. As we continue to collaborate and innovate, we look forward to further advancements in our shared endeavors.

Ritual Expansion Project: The Owners and National Staff are diligently working on a ritual expansion project, set to unveil approximately 50 new rituals to the public on July 1st. Exciting details about these upcoming rituals will be gradually shared on our social media platforms in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for sneak peeks and announcements as we prepare to enrich our community's experience with this extensive ritual expansion.
