In the spirit of encouraging others to donate their time, effort, money, and goods to their chapter, Alliance Seattle is allowing people to use their LCO items in our chapter, with the following provisions:
*LCO items will be allowed to enter so long as they are not deemed 'Overpowering' or 'Thematically Inappropriate' based on the APL and attendants at the event the items are brought to.
*Artifact items or LCO plot-based items are disallowed unless there is a standing 'cross-chapter plot' collaboration in effect prior to the event.
*All LCO items must fall within the normal ritual creation guidelines to be considered.
