Alliance Seattle Online Promotional Video

I have been wanting to make a 10-15min promotional documentary about Alliance for a while. I have offered to a number of national sources but no one replies/take it seriously. I have a friend on board to help who has worked on a lot of independent films and a few major motion pictures. I have made a handful of short films as well.
Since nationally no one seems interested, I figured I could do something specific to Alliance Northwest (SEA/OR) or just Seattle. I hate how monster camp was put together and think I could do better. I would be down to pop OOG during the 3-day to film or I can do it another time. I have access to professional equipment (pro-enough for a web specific video) and the owners/managers/everyone could have final say in it's release.
This project will take a lot of hours to do beyond filming so I want to make sure that it is something that would interest the group(s). Gobbies would be a definite bonus but I would do the project for nothing if I had to.
I don't have a lot of money and I am rubbish at prop making. Music, writing and film are about the only things I am actually good at, so I want to help the chapter in my own way.
Chime in with questions, comments, interest (if you are a more official source) and suggestions. :D

Thumbs up on the idea from Logistics! We always need more promotional information and PR. :D

I also advocate Goblin Stamp reimbursement for time and effort spent. :) I have no idea what an appropriate amount would be, or if other staff agree, so stand by until staff / owner can officially comment.

I have some experience in amateur film making if you need a hand. It's how i spent my summers as a kid. I've even used some super-low-end professional equipment in my day. :)

I'm definitely interested in the idea (especially since I've got something awesome coming up for the february event that I think would be bad *** on video).

I'd definitely award gobbies (or better) for a well done, professional-looking promo vid. I should talk to you about something else anyways, maybe gimme a call tomorrow or sunday.
Four two five, nine two three, eight three three five.
Matt,
GM of stuff and things

Awesome sauce. I can call you on Sunday afternoon if that works?
