Amazon link for MI labels?

Has anyone found a good solution to label MIs? Without a Dremel or engraver.

Looking for something that ties on.

Masking tape looks like it will work pretty well, in the interim.

Been contemplating tags printed on fabric. Not economically sound for short lived items but might work for long terms items. It’s down a bit on my rep list so I’m curious about new thoughts on this as well.
