An Important Note on Memberships

As we head into the start of our weekend events its time we start making sure everyone has a properly tracked membership within Alliance Larp.

If you are a new player, you have been credited with a free 3-month membership as of 4/25/09 (expiring 7/25/09)

If you are not a new player, and have an active membership in another Alliance chapter, you will now need to have that chapter include that information when preregistering, however we currently honor any active membership in other chapters for play in SoMN, although goblin monthly blankets are restricted unless you have a SoMN membership (basically 3 months from the last event you physically attended)

If SoMN is your main/local chapter and you do not currently have a membership we offer the following options.
1.) 3 Month memberships for $5
2.) 1 Year memberships for $15 (wahoo, look at the savings!)
3.) 3 Month memberships for 20 Goblin stamps (about $7 in cash donations, or $4 in high workmenship donations)
4.) 1 Year memberships for 60 Goblin stamps (about $20 in cash donations, or $12 in high workmenship donations)

What does membership cover? Mainly insurance fees, which are nessasary not just to ensure your safety but to also give us access to the best sites possible for putting on the game.

As a new member, you get a free 3-month membership, so yer not due yet mate ^.^

We'll be doing an audit of memberships after the October event to make sure everyone is current going forward as well.

Please make sure to review the above mates, we'll have a compiled list for the above for our December one day.

Remember if you have an active membership elsewhere to have it included with your preregistration. We also ask that if SoMN is your Primary campaign that you purchase a membership with us as the fees go entirely to paying our insurance costs.

Just a friendly reminder folks, our new General Manager Paige will be watching memberships very closely this year, currently all Memberships on the books except those from brand new folks at our December event will have expired.

Remember your membership fee goes exclusively towards ensuring our game is properly insured which limits our campsite fees and decrease costs across the board.
