Andar: Going Forward

**This information is readily apparent to all PCs who have frequented Andar since Sept. 2011**

Over the last month, the land of Andar becomes noticeably healthier. Crops are growing at a furious pace, as though they had never been delayed. Delighted farmers wonder at the sudden progress and put it down to Luck or Fae. Farmers near Iron Falls tell a different story—they tell how the local Adventurers took it upon themselves to help the common folk of Andar. How they interceded with Great Forces and worked magics upon the land to save them all. If you are staying in or around Iron Falls you can be sure a local farmer will give you a good meal, buy you an ale, or thump you on the back for your service.

In addition, the sightings of undead have lessened greatly. There are rumors of great battles won on the Shalduk boarder and of Andarian lands being retaken. Many believe the war is all but won—any day now and the threat of Shalduk will be no more.

With the Land Binding of the Rightful King and the restoration of nobles or the elevation of new, the law is being enforced in almost all parts of Andar again. Banditry is becoming less rampant, as soldiers are no longer needed in great numbers at Shalduk, and they are able to go about securing travel and the flow of goods within the kingdom. Soon, refugees feel safe to return to their homes—or what is left of them. Morale is high, and even recently re-settled neighbors pitch in to help newer arriving refugees build their cottages and start gardens.

The circle around Silverford is no more and the Haven has kept any wandering undead from delaying the restoration of the capital, which is still going strong. Agencies such as the Earth Guild and the Magistratum have set themselves fully in order and have permanent, fully restored, buildings that they are operating out of.

King de Montford has been sighted travelling all over Andar—visiting his nobles and even speaking with peasants and merchants in the towns. Peasants speak highly of him and everyone, from peasant to noble, has hope for a long peaceful future for Andar.
