Be it known that Parzivel Eisenhal has been found, after testimony of multiple individuals whose honor is above reproach, to be Guilty of Mockery of a Noble Title, convicted by Her Grace Dame Ilianna Tiberion in consultation with Royal High Lord Magistrate Sir Jared Bloodworth and Ducal High Lord Sheriff Sir Victor Blasdel, fined 5 gold pieces. This fine may be paid to any member of the nobility to be remanded to the Ducal Fiefs and is due by the end of the June Ducal Gathering in the 415th year of the Age of Chivalry.
After testimony of witnesses who were present to see certain threats spoken in combination with evidence provided by the Iron Blade clan of High Ogres, Parzivel Eisenhal has further been convicted of the crime of Treason by Her Grace Dame Ilianna Tiberion in consultation with Royal High Lord Magistrate Sir Jared Bloodworth and Ducal High Lord Sheriff Sir Victor Blasdel. For this crime he has been sentenced to Death. If he presents himself to a representative of the Ducal or Royal courts who ranks no less than a Ducal Knight before sundown on Saturday at the May Ducal Gathering in the 415th year of the Age of Chivalry and sincerely swears fealty to the Kingdom of Acarthia then he will instead be considered on probation. If he is found guilty of any additional crimes while on probation then his probationary period will end and his sentence of Death will be carried out immediately in addition to any additional punishments due to his conviction.
After no less than a year and a day from the time he swears fealty and periodically thereafter his probationary status may be reassessed by the Ducal Court.
