In compliance with the edicts of regency of Wayside and the direction of the masters and populace of the Wayside Region known as Tympany. The High Regent apoints Regent Auren Sauroch to head the regency of Tympany. In accordance with our bylaws of appointment all charges and suspicions concerning Regent Sauroch in connection to the former Alchemists guild. Lord Sauroch has chosen his capital and renamed it in accordance to his rights as the new city of Freehold.
Effective Immediatly, Regent Sauroch has abolished slavery in Freehold and declared any person seeking asylum there to be a Free Citizen of Tympany enforceable by his hand and power as a Regent of Wayside.
Regent Sauroch has been added to the list of guests at this Sunday's hearing.
Once again we urge the population to remain calm during these periods of threats and turmoil. Our way of life is safe and our people are safe.
