Sorry for the long delay folks, few extra hurdles this year do to renovations happening at the camp, all the below dates but October have been confirmed (and had the deposit paid for, yeouch!)

April 3rd - "Roskarian Ruins" - One Day Event at our Jordan Site - Completed
May 14th-16th- "Return to Hopes Reach" - Weekend event at Camp Stearns - Completed
July 9th-11th "The Kings Son" - Weekend event at Camp Stearns - Completed
August 6th-8th "The Story Continues - Weekend Event at Camp Stearns - Completed
September 3rd-5th National Event in Ohio
[October 22nd-24th <Title to be determined> - Weekend Event at Camp Tanadoona -Come and see our new campsite!
November 19th-22nd - A Winter Banquet

Here's the full synopsis for the events:

October 22nd-24th - "Rituals and Games"

As the Ritual of Rememberance draws near, many gather to host games and celebrate the Respite, after the violent attacks of last year the ritual has been moved up a week to avoid a similar happen stance. The aura of the games has a pall cast over it by the now almost certain disappearance of the crown prince, and of by the loses suffered over the last year, the people of Hopes Reach cling to their victories and the few sources of hope for the future and try to concentrate on the celebrations.

...so this means there isn't a long July event, then? :(
 
I think it means they are probably still working on that and can't really post dates yet or something. But that is just conjecture.
 
But if there's an event on July 9-11, that would mean 2 events at different parts of the same week if they had the long event(which I am totally up for), which seems like a bit much.
 
Very happy and excited to say I will be available for all of them but the National Event! Darn Brother getting married...

1.how do you register?
2.where exactly(city and site)?
3.is there any prior planning among souther mn persons?
4.what are the costs?
5.do people drive or fly?

Any further news on this, has anything firmed up or is it still up in the air as 'Pending'?

Don't take my word on it but what I have heard is that dave is trying to get a different camp site for the octobor game, but if he is unsuccessful at that he will be getting the usual camp stearns. But this is just hersay.
 
Indeed we are in the final rounds of negotiations (appearently agreeing to a price isn't the same as them being able to put it down on paper) either way the event will happen and will be booked a week from this Friday at one location or the other.
 
Sounds great. Maybe a little trap gauntlet in the barn? :lol:
 
Or just Stephen swinging "2 Shatter Spirit"?
