Can I "poison" my waterskin with cure light wounds elixir and tell everyone to drink it in small amounts to heal themselves to full?

Can I "poison" my waterskin with cure light wounds elixir and tell everyone to drink it in small amounts to heal themselves to full?

As noted clearly in the rulebook on page 107, "Poisoned food does not heal or provide beneficial effects..."
