Hi Folks!

Andreas and myself are looking to come in for the Ocotober event. Does anyone live in the Newark area that could give us a ride out? Just trying to plan expenses and need to know if we have to rent a car.

If you're coming in the night before, we could possibly put you up for a night and take you.
 
Yes we are looking at flying in for 4pm (or 10pm depending on flight) Thursday night. We would be leaving at 1pm on Monday (so airport at 11am). We would appreciate it and of course be your whipping mules for set-up and clean up! :thumbsup:

I'll be able to tell you better as it gets closer; my schedule can change quickly due to my job. But I'm sure we can work something out, unless someone else close to Newark wants to take on the challenge. :thumbsup:
 
I think I'm the closest one to Newark airport. Not quite as close as I used to be but still a whole lot closer than Mike.

I'm putting in for that Friday off work when I get back into the office tomorrow, so if that gets approved I can grab you. :)
 
sweet! We are confirming our tickets this week. Will give an update on times as soon as we have them.
 
okay, tickets are booked.

We will be flying in Wednesday at 5:00pm on WestJet. We need to fly out Sunday night though, but we got the latest flight available from Air Canada (6:45pm) so we will have to leave the site around 1:30pm if that works. It's Canadian Thanksgiving weekend so flights on Monday are super expensive.

Andreas and I can just grab a hotel for Wed/Thursday as long as we can get a ride up on Friday (whenever).
 
Hrm.... getting you back will be harder - I'm writing/running the October event, so leaving that early on Sunday is unlikely for me.

Mike would you be able to take them back?
 
How late do you folks play on Sunday?
 
Can anyone in the area recommend a hotel for Wed/Thurs night?
 
lol, you just need to delegate!

At any rate I just need to know if we have a ride back in or if I have to rent a car for the weekend. Rather than wait until the last minute. ;)
 
Hey folks!
Just need to know if we can get a lift back into Newark on Sunday.

We are travelling light as we are on a flight so its just 2 of us and a couple of bags.
