It was quite surprising However, quite a lot of people played characters who knew Koshi to attend his Spirit Farewell. IF not for that tidbit there may have been some Dryads. Then again, maybe not.
 
I wonder if the rewrites will result in more split classes. 30/47s PC were fighter and scholar. Interesting.
 
Fighter/Scholar will still always be very appealing. Especially now with the high magic it gives Scholars something more to really sink their teeth into. But I'm hoping to see a few more hybrid classes with the change.

Especially when you get higher level it really gives you a lot more options without the game getting to such "crazy" damage numbers or volume of spells. That said especially on teams the half classes just aren't as knock down powerful, so I duno. The EC, from what I've heard/seen has always had a strong tradition of strait Fighters, Scholars, and Rogues.
