April Event Reminders

Garathon

Apprentice
NEPA Staff
Team and Players!

I am really excited to see ALL of you this weekend!. Since there were a number of reminders and thoughts that have been on the boards over the last few days I thought I would summarize here.

1. Parking: The area in front of the barn is for staff parking only. This is includes in front of the door and the grass space along the side of the barn. If you are a player or non staff NPC please park in the side parking lot or in the lot in front of the fence.

2. We will be having opening ceremonies. After some discussion it has been decided that this will take place between 9:45 pm and 10:00 pm. Please be ready play at this time. You can absolutely go into game before this and we will probably have some stuff out there for you. The opening will just a be brief break in action and then a full start to the weekend.

3. Food will be provided, but we desperately need donations and help in the kitchen. Cooking for over 100 people is an expensive and time consuming endeavor and we REALLY need your help. All will be compensated generously!

4. It is going to be VERY crowded this weekend. Please bring tents whether you are PCing or NPCing. NPCs, with 40 of you coming we unfortunately can not accommodate tents in NPC camp. We will need every available inch for people to sleep and for us to function. Please be prepared to place your tent outside. Preferably in the side field by the parking lot.

5. If you bring donations (much encouraged!) you need to present that donation to either me (General Manager), Dave (Assistant GM), Kyle (Head of Logistics), Maggie (Head of Props), Toddo (Head of Plot), or Bill (Head of Food). Each of these staff members will have a receipt book. They will take your donation, give you a receipt and send you on your way. Your receipt is your proof of donation. I will be taking the receipt books at the end of each event and sending Kyle a list. If you need your gobbies immediately please donate to Dave or myself. We will approve them and get them to Kyle. This will keep Kyle from managing this on the fly.

I am available at anytime for your needs. I have a spot in NPC camp for myself and Dave will be found in Logistics. Please seek us out if you have questions or concerns.

See you tomorrow!!!

Best Regards,

Brian

Let me clarify point #2.

There WILL be encounters in-game before opening ceremonies. Recommended time to start going in-game: roughly 8:45 PM.

Hey folks-

I won't be on-site to receive donations until around 2:00 AM (until then I will be PUNISHING POOR SOULS on the derby track, haha <3), so please take props donations to Dave or Brian, or hold them until the end of the weekend.

Thanks!
Maggie
