April - May Downtime deadline

I totally forgot to go over this at closing, so I'll do it here.

Alliance Seattle has an event coming up in two weeks, April 19-21 at Millersylvania State Park, near Olympia, WA!

In relation to that:

Alliance Oregon's next even is in four weeks, two weeks after Seattle on May 3-5 at Camp K near Astoria, OR.

To that end, the deadline to get your downtimes in for this downtime cycle is Sunday, April 21, with responses going out on or before midnight on Monday, April 29, 2013.

The location of our next event in-game is Portos du Souqe, an island a few days to the West of The Golden Horn.
