Archery questions

1. How many arrows does a new player, who possesses the archery skill, start with?
2. Can a bow be used to deliver a killing blow?
3. How close can one be and still fire an arrow at an opponent?

My bad if these are covered in the book. I looked but couldn't find them. Thanks in advance.

1) One quiver (20).
2) You can deliver a killing blow with your hands, so it shouldn't matter to a new player. (I don't remember if you can KB for "Magic" if you have a magic bow, I can't find it either way in the book, but in implies that you can.)
3) There is no range requirements on packet archery. Fight safely, don't charge.
