Alliance Oregon will begin allowing blue arrow packets without string immediately. As of April 2, as noted in the post, *only* blue packets without string will be allowed.
While we will not require spellcasters to stop using blue packets immediately, we do ask that you *avoid* using them and only use them when absolutely required. If you take a packet, you should be able to tell from the call whether it was an "arrow" packet or a "spell" or "effect" packet.
