Hey all,
My first event was a blast, but I probably won't have the time nor the money for the next event. That being said, I only live an hour away and I could probably at least NPC one day of the weekend on the next event (I was told it's free if you NPC?).
I know it was mentioned this weekend as far as bringing in needed supplies, but I'm not sure who to email in regards to bringing in items that can be used. I have about 96 hotdogs at the moment I can freeze and bring at the next event and I can probably make a few hundred birdseed packets, but I can't recall the email addresses that were mentioned to me. I think the for the food it was alliancehqfood@gmail.com but I'm not completly sure on that.
As far as any other donations, who would I email to inform I can bring in certain items?
In regards to work weekends, I've done carpentry for about 12 years for the military so I could help in that aspect if it's ok to bring along a 5 year old. If I keep dissappearing every weekend and leaving my wife with 2 kids it isn't going to go over to well.
If anyone also has any information on the kids events at HQ, I can't recall the days or the price per head. I think someone mentions $30 per child.
