Heya...

Unfortunately it looks like I will not be able to go to the June event. I'm having to have some quick surgery done and will not be recovered by the event.

My friend Adam (Avaran) is flying in already and I would hate for him to have to miss the game... my house is also likely to be occupied by some family helpers assisting my wife and I through a rather difficult time (since I'm pretty much unable to help her with my son right now). Is someone in the Portland area able to give him room on Thursday and Sunday night, and help him out with a ride to the event?

Thanks much. I'm sorry I'm going to have to miss it -- I was hoping to be able to make it as a non-com but it looks like it is not going to happen.

Hey, I've definatly got couch space, but I'm not sure if I can handle the ride to and from yet. I haven't seen how much space my gear will take up yet, and I'm prolly taking another person. I can usually do 3 though, but I can't garuntee it yet. Gimmie a call (after 2pm) on my cell at 50,38,88,89,29.

Hey guys. =D

There's a couple of things that I need in addition to a ride to/from the event. I fly into Portland International on Thursday morning and land at 11. So I'll either need directions to somewhere via The Max, or a ride from the airport. I also have all of my gear armor and some costume stuff at Bryan's house in Beaverton, and I'd need to pick that up at some point too. :/ And, alas, on the Monday after the event, I'll need to get to Portland Adventist Academy (address: 1500 SE 96th Avenue Portland, Oregon 97216), so I'd need to be dropped off at a Max station that can get me there. I can bring my armor and stuff back home with me on the plane, so I won't need to get back to Bryan's house afterward, so at least that's something. Man, I hate living so far away. <_> My gear would consist of one carry-on sized bag, one backpack, a OHE, and a shield (kite, I think--the full-sized one).

I'll totally understand if I'm too inconvient. It's a lot to ask of someone. <_> And I do INSIST on paying for gas.
