Everyone has been great recently about keeping in game and keeping their costuming and make up looking good despite the heat! So congratulations to everyone- lets keep that up!
But with that said we can do better! To that desire I am announcing an in period drinking chalice challenge. This is too cut down on trash in the tavern, increase in period feel, and help some of the awesome photos that have been coming in be more awesome!
One as a general note plastic bottles and cans are no longer allowed in the tavern. All drinks must be poured into a drinking vessel of some sort. Glass bottles are fine however. We encourage folks to get their own, but keep in mind the tavern always has a ready supply of cups. This is something for us to strive towards and will be a work in progress we do not expect full compliance on this.
Two as a general note to improve atmosphere police your own trash and dirty plates please. Its not that hard to toss out your own garbage when the garbage can in the tavern is within 30 feet or so of your location. Same goes for returning dirty plates and cups to the kitchen to be washed by our awesome kitchen folks!
Three as an incentive for the drinking chalice challenge and keeping things clean the following perk will exist. Anyone who brings there own drinking chalice to logistics will be given their choice of a 1/day purify, dispel, or confine on spirit which lasts for the duration of the event- chosen at logistics and signed off there. This perk will be in effect for the rest of the season.
