Hello All!
It's Travis from back in like... 2005. I played Zane for about a year plus before I had to move. Here is proof:

The guy with the facial mutilation about to be head rolled by JP there....
Anyway! I have joined the new plot team forming in the South Michigan chapter. The season closer on November 11th to the 13th will be our first formal event. Since I tell many a story of the good times and good peoples I played with in Seattle I wanted to make certain that an invite was extended to everyone here.
Of course I am not ignorant to the fact that it's a 3k mile trip for a weekend so I well understand what a long shot I am firing off in the dark. I did notice that no schedule for Seattle was posted past this month so should you be jonesing for some war by the end of the year it will be on and available. I thought it best if I mentioned all of this now so that if you did have any designs on such a trip you would have ample time.
Should you be interested here is what you'll like to know: There will be a very large scale battle taking place (talking amazing event, big, and crazy good fun). We are pulling from all corners and friends to see just how many NPCs we can get to show up as well as PCs. To that effect anyone that does NPC will receive double goblin stamps beyond the normal NPC reward. There is no charge to NPC all weekend. There will also be on site food provided for both players and non-players at a very small charge.
Chapter policies are the same as all over. LCO effects/items are evaluated on a case by case but we are far more than reasonable. Plot will include room for all character levels. While there will be a great deal of combat there will be more than enough role-play plot and political intrigue if it is more your flavor. There is still a great deal of work to be done before the event though so this is all I can say for now.
In the mean time I hope everyone is doing well out there!
Cheers,
Travis aka Zane Al'Vera
PS- You'll see no posting of this message or one like it on the South Michigan boards for quite a while as I do not wish to detract from the remainder events of the current plot team. As mentioned before given the incredible distance I felt that letting everyone here know about it asap was a good idea. So please post any questions (or whatever) here or just flat out email me at dorkcoffeestudios@gmail.com.
