The Verbage on Earth Blade/Elemental Blade/Magic Blade states that the reciever of the spell chooses when to use it, so to clarify does this mean.
A.) The 10 minute duration starts from when the blade is first used (ie you can 'save it' until needed)
or
B.) The wielder may choose to pull the carrier (ie Earth) or not at will for the 10 minutes the spell is active (such as earth/normal as options etc.)
or
C.) Both A and B
A follow up while we look at it the verbage also says may give a weapon X carrier, if I have two weapons, may I swing the carrier with both? If my weapon is broken and I'm handed a new one, may I continue the carrier on it?
