blanketing the event

do we need to contact anyone in order for local chapter players to blanket the event? like, do they request thier local chapter logistics guys to email national logistics to let them know they are blanketing? or do we just keep track of it locally like last time?
 
Because I'm so complicated...

Do you have to use gobbies from the home chapter of the character you're blanketing to blanket the national event? Not that I care either way, but it came up. I should have researched this more thoroughly before I tried it.

as far as i know, yes. that's how everyone else is doing it so far.
