Board time

I have my timezone chosen properly but the forum time is an hour off from my time. Any ideas? Have the boards not sprung forward to daylight savings time yet?

Under "board preferences" there is an option to click:

Summer Time/DST is in effect: Yes No

It is right in between "My timezone" and "My date format"
