Build Cap?

I won't be out to check out Denver for a while but I was wondering if you guys are going to have a build cap? If so, I'm going to start a new character at Denver and start building him up, but otherwise I already have a secondary character on the books in Chicago (I think he's level 6 right now, not that scary) that I'm gonna bring out there when the time comes. If all goes according to plan, there'll be an orc invasion coming from SoMN and Chicago sometime next year.

What's our build cap at now for the November event?

I'm still waiting on confirmation of my math from logistics, but if I understand it correctly it will be 35 BP+11 leftover XP which is level 3. For April it should be 41 BP+9 leftover XP.

After the November event, our cap will be 41 BP.
