Cabin for the event

I was hoping to switch my group's cabin to the old Gypsy Camp cabin (across from the Earth Guild) if nobody objects. Is anyone using that cabin regularly? Would you mind swapping out? We're outgrowing the cabin in the Swamp that we've used for the last year or so, and the Gypsy Camp one is a little larger and easier to organize.

Keep in mind that at least 2 times in the summer(aka 2 diff summers) it went unused becouse of wasps. I dont know if that will be a problem later in the year.
 
Cymryc and I will more then likely use that cabin again this event.
 
OK, we'll stick with the swamp then (unless anyone has another recommendation for a larger cabin somewhere?).

So that's a max of 10... which is certainly do-able in the Swamp, and I like the sense of community from a full cabin (as well as the IG advantages of having my friends around me), it's just a little more cramped over there than the layout we could have in the old Gypsy cabin which is slightly larger. I think we can make it work, though; I have some ideas (JP and I were chatting about what would work best) on how to make it more comfortable than last time.

If someone on that list knows they will NOT be at the event (or is planning on NOT staying in my cabin) please let me know so I can plan. Same thing goes the other way - if you were planning on staying with me but your name isn't there drop me a line! (That means you Alerion - where are you at these days man?)

If I make it to the event, I'll plan on crashing with you guys (gotta keep the mayhem in tight proximity) but I won't know if I"m going until thursday, maybe friday morning. Worste case I'm planning on coming up after work on saturday, which means I'll be rolling in around logistics time sat. So plan on me by then at the latest.
 
Jeremy (J. Hawks) just told me he won't be at the event for sure.
 
Hey Jeff,
Give me a heads up if you are not leaving until Saturday. I will also be leaving on Saturday, late afternoon, early evening, and would be up for the idea of carpooling.

Hey, I thought we were going to steal you this event. Tho you are a bit tall for a dwarf.
 
Will do, Holly. If you don't hear from me on friday, assume I'm already up there or on my way. Otherwise I'll call ya friday night and we'll figure out times/places etc.
 
Jeff - if you find out whether you'll be there Friday evening before I leave Portland midday Friday I would appreciate it if you could let me know. There's big special things I want to do this weekend and it would be extra-specialy nice if Solomon was there to join us :)

Well I just got home from work, and even though they are in fact working this weekend I got permission from my boss not to have to come in, just gotta work a few extra hours tommorrow heheh. So yes, I should be headed up there after I get off work on friday, 3 or 4, so should be on site before 7.
 
I know I know part of me was wanting to get hooked back up with the Still Run squad, but waaaay too many people sent me pleas of Solomon-ness, so ya know I had to do it. You know there's a small part of ya that'll be glad when the stuff hits the impeller anyway.
