An update!

Presently we have 18 folks looking to travel down in vans. We're getting two 15 person passenger vans.
Cost break down so far.

1900.61 Van rental for 5 days
650.00 Extra Km charge (around 4000 km round trip, 1400 free km per rental, $.25/km)
800.00 Fuel (rough guess 15mpg @ 3.7/gal)
3350.61 Per van
/ 9 People per van
$372.29 per person (not counting in exchange rate)

So plan on $400 for transportation to the National event.
