Members of the Earth Guild of Wayside,

I would like to announce, with authorization by the Masters of the Earth Guild of Wayside, an exploratory mission into a newly discovered natural grove in the Sandorian Mountains. Those that wish to be listed among the rolls of the Earth Guild need to answer this call, as recommendations for rank within the guild, including promotions, will be made after the successful completion of the mission. Anything discovered on the mission will be split evenly among those who go on the mission. We will be meeting outside of the tavern in Encampment 42 this coming Sunday.

I look forward to meeting all of those who embrace the magics of the Earth.

Marsters,

It is good to see you back in action, I hope your studies have been going well. While I am a faithful member and an ardent supporter of the Earth Guild and its work, I expect much of my ability will be expended in other worthy endeavors this coming gathering. If it turns out that my abilities are likely to tip the scale I will of course come, and I expect many of the defenders will be glad to lend their aid as well.

As to this being a potential for advancement within the guild, I'll leave that to others as I already have more responsibilities than I ever expected to be found worthy of, so I do not desire another position that might spread my modest abilities even further than they currently are.

Even if your skills are utilized in other endeavors, your knowledge of spell utilization is always welcome in this endeavor. I know the guild appreciates your support, and we wouldn't want to overburden you with responsibilities. I hope we will get to benefit from your knowledge this market day.
