The cabin-buildings are all identical, with two floors:
the bottom floor has a hallway leading to a porch out the back, and a larger wood bunkbed area with a table or two. Fits eight to twelve sleepers comfortably, more if you use the table as sleep-space.
The top floor is a loft that overlooks the main room. Sleeps three comfortably.
They are powered and have lights, including a light for the front entry-way. They are not heated.
The back porch has a wash basin, similar to what we have at the ELC at Silver Springs outside the bathroom.
Bathrooms are typical camping fare, with showers IIRC.
The "tavern" is a bit of a tight fit for everyone to be in, but workable. The kitchen is significantly smaller, but fully functional.
Something to plan for is that the plotline takes place in an existing township. NPCs will be assigned in-town personages and cabins, which will be as roguable as any other cabin. You may or may not be staying with town-NPCs, depending on personal preference and availability. Our goal is not to require that players stay with NPCs, but you may end up in a building with people you didn't plan on being with (PC or NPC). Some buildings will be set aside for PC-only, other buildings will be held by NPC-residents, and may or may not be open to players to stay at depending on the NPC-character and IG events and such. Also, keep an eye on the IG forums for game information that may influence what spells you prepare and such. Any information we put out the Tavern forum will also be available in printed form at the event during check-in.
If you have a specific OOG need for a cabin of your own, we will do what we can to accomodate you. If you have any other specific concerns with cabins (ie "I can't be in a cabin with Holly, she looks at me funny all the time"), let me, Holly, and/or Bryan know, and we'll see what can be done. Holly and I, and possibly Bryan, are planning on taking time off from work the Friday of the event to organize the site.
