Can claws thrust?

Yes.
ETA: Claws as in the PC skill.
Body Weaponry (the NPC version) can be used to thrust as long as the weapon being mimicked with the claw can thrust.
So if you build a red mace for a construct to use as a Body Weapon phys rep, it cannot thrust, because it is a blunt weapon.
