Code:
they want to drag your sorry body all over the place to get a Life spell cast for it, they will have to abide by the rules for carrying another body (no running except for a few seconds with an Endow spell, etc

This would seem to imply that without some sort of strength augmentation, you cannot physically move faster than a walk when carrying a body. However, if player El Macho is IRL strong enough to actually do this, by picking up and running with Lady Petite, is there a rule prohibiting this?

When carrying a body, you may only move at a walk even if you are physically capable of picking someone up and running with them. An Endow and/or Monster Strength may be used to circumvent this as per the Endow description.

The purpose of this ruling is for safety considerations. While there are some specific cases in which the "No physical contact in combat" rule is allowed to be bypassed (such as touching someone to use Healing Arts, utilizing Blacksmithing to refit armor, or touching someone's shoulder to pick them up in game), bodily throwing someone over your shoulder in the middle of a fight is beyond what the Alliance combat rules safely allow.
