Catalyst from the last gathering in Enneret

I've identified the catalyst found after Ashen Spire's recent encounter with that person who throws dragon magic like I throw wand charges. Stardust is the catalyst needed to successfully cast the 'Summon Foundation Elemental' scroll. I was frustrated when I found it to be familiar name, but couldn't place a ritual to it. It seems I recently purchased the scroll at a previous gathering.
