The next two years are going to be fantastic as we finally clear “The Season That Wasn’t”!

We have set three major goals: (We may well fail these goals but together I am betting it will be an incredible journey and even in failure we will be better for it!)
  1. By Spring 2023- Have a permanent larp site. This is obviously incredibly complicated but is absolutely a major goal and solves many of the issues we as a chapter seem to face.
  2. By Spring 2023 - Have 100 PC and 20 NPC games. This would be our desired minimum lowest turnout for weekend events. We pull from the largest metro of any game by far in Alliance and can easily get there with just a little bit of recruitment focus.
  3. By Spring 2023 - Have two alternating campaigns. Each with an average of 5 events a year. Prademar and ???. Variety is the spice of life and should propel us to more fun than ever before.
We have set three minor goals as well:
  1. Sometime in 2021 - WE WILL host Alliance Nationals!
  2. Sometime in 2022 - We will host an exceptionally long event. A 7 Day event anyone?!
  3. Ongoing - We will be working on overall transparency and working towards a more united Alliance in the Midwest and across the Nation!
Below is a list of staff positions and gobbie salary per month. Early next year look for us to begin recruiting one or two additional staff to help fill our needs as we grow. If you are listed in a roll and do not want to continue with that role, please contact me. This year has been a big year for everyone and lots of changes have occurred.

The National Org has installed a new Chairman Antony Mungo forum handle A.mungo who will be in earnest along with the owners working on increased transparency at the National Level. He will be over the coming weeks filling vacancies in the various committees and from there we will be working on rolling out 2.1 rules over the winter with a goal of spring from what I can tell. Locally we will be taking the winter to prep for the amazing 2021 season and working on various updates and projects towards that end and towards our various goals. Lets rock this as a community!
