Check-in help

I would like check-in to run as smooth as possible. For this I will need a total of eleven or twelve people to help with this process. Check-in opens at 6:00 pm so if you are helping I would like you there by no later than 5:00 pm to help get it all set up and ready to go. If you are able to help you can either pm me or post on here.

Alysha - my Baby Bird, I can help with check in. I hope to have the kitchen in order by then. This will give me a chance to meet my helpers as they arrive, too.

Sorry, normally I would but I will be at a wedding rehearsal dinner and not arriving until the 9-10 PM hour.

Thank you all for the help :) we are still short a few people so if you know anyone else that can help send them my way.
 
Id help but probably wont be there early enough, but i offer help for second and third logistics.
