Clarification of new rules

Are the character sheets going to be automatically updated to the new rules or do have to E-mail logistics about it.

Wear extra armor
When you bought it once it cost 2 and you got 2 more points of armor. Now its 1 for 1. Do we get the extra build back and lose the 1 armor seeing as how each class is now allowed to wear more, or does the character sheet get updated.

Handedness is removed completely.
Ok I'm trying to figure out what this means to me I have both Florentine and two weapon fighting and Had 1 weapon proficiency in each hand so I swing 3's in each hand. With the new rules do I now swing 4's in each hand? Do I get the build back that I spent on the second one?
 
Sorry if this brings down a lot of work down on Logistics I am willing to help if I can
 
If you want to make changes to your character you need to pre-reg and tell logistics. I don't know how much of this stuff will be done automatically by the db (like costs changing) but better to send a note ahead and make your check-in faster than assume it will be done.

If you purchased a total of two weapon proficiencies, Yes you now swing 4's in either hand.
