Considering flying out (don't tell my girl)

Heya folks I'm noodling coming out for your opener if I can swing the tickets and the like but was hoping to ask some quick questions as I have not been out to San Fran since my bunny...er Rabbit died.

I wanted to check and make sure of any local rules/build caps/restrictions I might need to know about. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
