Conversion Change & Dragon Stamp Items

So, a not-insignificant number of folks purchased 1 year items using Dragon Stamps planning to convert them under the old conversion rules.

We asked questions about the preserves, we asked questions about whether DS item purchases should be put on hold, we kept everything above board because we didn't want to be exploiting things. Each step of the way we received the go-ahead from the powers that be, and had no indication a discussion about it was even happening.

If we are not satisfied with how this item conversion affects things, may we request and receive a refund of Dragon Stamps for these items?

I will allow these players to return the item, but the returned dragon stamps must be put directly towards a new item in the 2.0 list.
