How much is your spell ink, goodsir Tapwhistle?

I've only local knowledge, but the going rate where I'm from is 2 coppers per spell level. Do you charge differently?

(OOG Question: do you have to have ranks in a spell level to buy its ink? I could theoretically buy a complete spellbook only knowing Cel. Level 4, right?)
