For ACO Season 0 Event 3 there will be two LCO effects in play.
Rewind: This effect restores per day abilities gained through skills as if the character had a logistics period that were expended on the current Mod. This call can only be done by a marshal or plot. This effect does not impact items, consumables, production, crafting batches, high magic, or crafting abilities.
Entangle: This effect mimics the standard effects of web. However, this effect can be removed by an edged weapon on a three count to free the trapped individual. Flame Damage also burns the effect away dispelling it. The trapped individual cannot free themselves once the effect has landed. It is part of the binding effect group and can be resisted with normal means.
