Curse of Undeath and Transfer Enchantment

The Curse of Undeath ritual states: "This ritual may not be transferred by any means and is unaffected by the transfer enchantment ritual."

Yet it also states: "A Transfer Enchantment may be used to transfer the bottle to another item with another function such as a weapon."

Considering that the Curse of Undeath creates the Spirit Bottle, which statement is accurate.

Also, if a Transfer Enchantment can be used to transfer the bottle to another item for Curse of Undeath, will it work for a Controlled Spirit Store.

As written, the Curse of Undeath spirit bottle can indeed be Transferred (via the ritual) to another object with an in-game function (though it may not be initially cast on such an item). Controlled Spirit Store does not allow this.
