Dagger length?

I apologize if this has been addressed already. I want to use "Florentine" for my scout. I've searched the rule book and the forums for how long a dagger is and didn't see it anywhere. Does "dagger length" in the rule book just mean a small weapon under 28" which could include a hatchet?
Also, I see that Two Weapon specifies bows but Florentine does not. Can I use a short bow and small weapon if all I have is Archery+Small Weapon+Florentine?

A dagger is a Small Weapon and therefore must be between 20 and 28 inches in total length. Other Small Weapons include hatchets, clubs, blackjacks, ball-peen hammers, spanners, oversized tankards, haunches of petrified boar leg... any cored weapon that is less than 28 inches long.

You can wield a Small Weapon and either a short bow OR a long bow if you possess the Florentine skill. In all situations you still have to fire the bow with both hands, so it only works one-handed for the purposes of blocking attacks or using the Parry skill.
