December Event For Sure!

I have told many people this in person but I am happy to announce that Traverse City will FOR SURE be having an event on December 9th - December 11th! Do not forget to dress warm and/or bring games and things you will be comfortable playing inside while getting warm etc. Dressing warm is the most important part though! We will have the same cabins we have been using for the last couple of events so they will have heat and water etc. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask :). If not I hope to see many of you then!!

How many cabins do you think you will be renting? I don't know exactly who is or is not coming for sure from SoMi but I know there were quite a few people talking about it. Just want to make sure there is enough room!
 
How many cabins we get depends on how many paying players we have. I believe that we need 30 paying players to be able to rent two PC cabins. Gives us great incentive to have 30 PCs at each event. If people want to pool together to spend extra to rent a cabin this might be an option, albeit an expensive one.
 
We are going to shoot for three cabins but if we don't have enough coming we will be down to the two we had last time. Rob is correct it takes about 30 pcs to cover all three. If we get close though sometimes it's easy to ask for donations to cover the last little bit. It sounds like we have quite a few coming though so I have hopes for the third cabin to make space less of an issue :). I will make sure one way or another that we have enough room though. Glad to hear so many coming to have fun with us :)!

i will try with all my might to be there. started a new job and so i am a little uncertain if i will be off. if not i will work then be there some! i have tried to recruit more who will come if it ends with a larger crew i will let you know! cant wait!
 
Is Traverselogistics@gmail.com The correct logistics address? I sent in a pre-reg a bit ago with some questions and have seen a response. Just want to make sure I've got it correct with the recent changes!

Well I'm on the pre-regged list so It must have gotten through, I was just trying to double check my goblin stamps because I'm playing my rabbit and a few repel scrolls would really hit the spot for staying alive a bit ^.^.

Either way I'm excited to be coming out and it's such a small matter we can handle it onsite if needed.
