Deco Needs Help for November 2013

Hey Alliance Seattle Players!

The Deco Team needs your help for the November 2013 event!

We are going to be understaffed for the November 2013 game, and that means that we really need some help with set-up!

We plan on beginning Set-Up at 5-6pm on Friday of the event, and it takes approximately 2-3 hours. We are offering 30 gobbies to anyone who can help us.

Please post here, shoot me a PM, or contact us at deco@alliance-seattle.com if you will sign up to help us.

We are looking for 6+ people. At least 2 tall volunteers is ideal.

I will be there with a Nikki. Will bring a step stool or two also.
 
Bump to this... we currently have 3 people setting up deco now/ It typically takes about twice that number to complete set-up in 3 hours. We would love to get more than 6 people to help.

We'd really appreciate the help so y'all can continue to have a decorated tavern!

I have changed the time of deco set-up from 3pm on Friday to sometime around 5-6pm.

I hope this new time window enables more of y'all to volunteer! I am sure all of the other players would appreciate your efforts to build atmosphere!
