Downtime question

As long as I clearly communicate that I'm doing so, is there any issue with two downtime emails? One would be a joint action, the others would be solo (and not necessarily public).
 
As long as they both come in before the deadline, there won't be a problem. We prefer that you handle downtimes in as few emails as possible, but we understand that there are often actions that you want to share and actions that you don't want to share.
