Dreams of Wine

*This dream seems to have various rivers of wine and alcohol running through it*

I have recently started brewing various alcoholic drinks en mass and will likely start selling my production. I have not set any prices on any of my drinks just yet, but they will be determined this weekend. If you are interested in the purchase of drink just find me. Since we will be at His Excellency's estate I am not sure where I will be sleeping, but I will be holding a tasting session on Saturday morning from about 9am-11am around my sleeping quarters if His Excellency will allow it.

Basically, I will sell my bottles based on what people will offer. I will record what drinks sold for what amount and set a fixed price by June. If anyone has any suggestions for a recipe that they think would be good to be mass produced let me know and I will see what I can cook up.

Does anyone know if a merchant's permit or license is still required? If so I will see if I can obtain one Friday evening.

(OOG: I will have two types of bottles: normal wine bottlesthat hold 750mL of fluid and swing top 1000mL bottles. The swing top bottles are about $6 each [basically $3 for the bottle and $3 shipping since I purchased them over the internet] so if people would be so kind as to return the swing top bottles after you use them for cleaning and re-use I would appreciate it. If you would rather keep the bottle I will sell it at what it cost me to purchase. The wine bottles cost is $3.50 [$1.50 for the bottle and about $2 shipping] and so I don't need them returned, but if you feel like recycling them back to me that's cool to. :D)

Alavatar,

We will be in one of the cabins, most likely atop the hill (for those who haven't been to the estate, you'll know "the hill" as soon as you get there).

I'm guessing that His Grace (his elevation in rank has already occurred) will not have any trouble with a wine tasting. I would enjoy trying it myself!

Finally, I'd like to speak to you about further production of the East Isles Sweetwine that I brought to the engagement party in January - did you get a taste of it? If the recipe can be duplicated, I'd love to commission a batch or two.
